Nashville Wedding Photography – Ben + Sherrell
Ben & Sherrell contacted me after attending Nathan & Meridith’s wedding. Meridith was so kind to give a raving review about me to Sherrell, so when they got engaged she called me to photograph their wedding. I work with some really awesome clients and am SO thankful when they refer me to their friends. Ben & Sherrell proved to be as much fun as Nathan & Meridith and I’m so excited to share the images from this couple’s beautiful January wedding.
Got there early to capture a few shots of the dress, shoes and the bridesmaids helping Sherrell get ready for the big day!
The ceremony took place at the beautiful Holy Family Catholic Church in Brentwood. Ben & Sherrell did not see each other before the ceremony, so I loved these shots of her father walking her down the aisle and Ben’s reaction to his first sight of her that day.
Though it was a chilly day, the bride and groom and their party and families were AWESOME and endured the cold to get some great outdoor shots.
I loved these two shots of the flower girls and ring bearers. Sooo sweet!
Oh I adore sunlight sneaking into the side of a photo. It makes me happy!

They had their reception at Union Station Hotel in downtown Nashville. It was a clear day with bright blue skies and we got there in time to do a few shots of Ben & Sherrell and their bridal party, using the hotel as the backdrop, before the sun went down.
After the sun went down, we moved inside to the elegant reception. This was my first time shooting at Union Station and I LOVED it! Such a gorgeous venue.
After dinner, the DJ starting spinning the tunes and dancing and lots of fun followed.
When it was time to leave, all the guests lined up with sparklers and I got this final shot of Ben & Sherrell leaving the reception.
