Hawaii

My friend Holly and I were talking about taking a vacation together. She had some vacation days to use up from work, and heck, I’m always game for a trip…just about anywhere. I was sooooo excited when she found a great deal on a flight to Hawaii!! I’ve never been before, but have always wanted to go, so we booked our flights and spent a week there last month. We flew into Honolulu and toured around the island of Oahu the first few days. It is SO beautiful there, I figure I’ll let the pictures explain. Here are some of the things we saw.

We spent the second half of the week on the island of Kauai. I LOVED Kauai! It was less touristy than Oahu, and seemed like it was in a much more natural state. We hiked the Na Pali Coast and just drove around the island and enjoyed the amazing scenery. I have dreams of going back here someday.
